Life in our driveway. A photo taken with my Leica M8 with a Voigtlander Nokton F1.1 - each winter we get moss growing in between the bricks on our driveway. I love the texture in this shot. The depth of field on the Nokton is so shallow, look how smooth the edges of this photo become.

A great review of the new Fuji X1Pro. I think I’ll stick with my trusty old Leica M8!

Our friends Andrew and Kerry gave us their jungle gym for Liam and Courtney to use! Their kids are a little older and weren’t using it much.  How awesome is that? Courtney and Liam are loving it! Here are some pictures of Liam and Courts playing on the jungle gym.

These photos were taken with my Leica M8 with the Voigtlander Color Skopar 50mm lens - I’ll include these pictures in my Leica 365 project (see the tags below for more photos in that set).

I love the light in the photo! I took it on the morning of my beautiful son, Liam’s, 5th birthday. He was playing with his new toy!

This photo was taken with a Leica M8 with a Voigtlander Color Skopar 50mm lens - such a great lens (sharp with lots of Bokeh). It is part of my Leica 365 project.

Just plain beautiful! Leica and leather seem to go together!

Another beautiful example of the Leica M8 - although this is the first time I’ve seen one with a brown leather finish. Does anybody know what lens that is? It must be quite wide (hence the Voigtlander viewfinder). It looks like it could be a 21mm or a 15mm Ultra Wide Heliar. Lovely!
