Done! Managed to complete the 60km Lourensford Spur mountain bike ride in 4h30 on the Lourensford farm - such a beautiful ride! it had 1900 meters of climbing, lots of great single track and the most beautiful scenery! Yesterday we went for another great mountainbike ride on Lourensford farm.  It was cold and stormy in the cape! We rode part of the ABSA cape epic route, which was fantastic! Except for the fact that a storm earlier in the week had blown LOTS of trees into the road! So we ended up having to move those trees that could be moved every few hundred meters.  This is a little video of one such stop - in the video I am speaking to Philip.
